Just back from Rome, Italy. Absolutely amazing vacation in Europe this summer. My batteries are recharged and I'm ready to go. Learned a lot in the various countries we visited. The pace is different. One of my goals, for this year is to try to relax a little more. As well, I definitely need to exercise and try to eat healthier. I've rediscovered the healthy eating habits of Italians this summer. The Norh American food industry has really dupped us by putting additives into everything we eat and drink. In Europe without additives you can taste the difference. Nice view from our gondola in Venice.
