Practical Strategies for Effective Educational Technology Implementation

Michael Chechile and I will be presenting workshop at the LCEEQ Conference in Laval (February 11, 2014).

This workshop will explore how to successfully integrate educational technology throughout a school system. Practical strategies for ensuring success in our schools will be shared. We will outline such initiatives as the Digital Citizenship Program, 1:1 learning (iPad and Laptop), BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) STEM Robotics inquiry-based challenges, Google Apps in the classroom and more. Many valuable resources will be shared. Administrators will leave the workshop with the tools needed to implement technology initiatives using the latest social media and web 2.0 technologies.

Note: Participants will be encouraged to use their phones or iPads.
