Co-chaired the development of the Lester B. Pearson School Board's Digital Citizenship Program — one of the first of its kind in Quebec. The program became a recognized model for responsible technology use in schools, covering the nine elements of digital citizenship from elementary through high school.

Led the implementation of the New Pedagogies for Deep Learning framework at Lester B. Pearson School Board. Created a comprehensive HyperDoc of resources to support teachers and administrators in embedding the 6 C's — Collaboration, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Citizenship, Character, and Communication — across all subject areas.

Developed and curated resources aligned with the ISTE Standards for Students (2016), Teachers (2017), and Education Leaders (2018) as part of the school board's broader technology planning. These resources supported principals and teachers in understanding and applying the updated ISTE frameworks in a Quebec context.

A course designed to illustrate how social media platforms can be integrated into a traditional literature course at the CEGEP or university level. Used Mighty Network as the community platform, with weekly blogs, close reading, and student-curated poetry anthologies. A model for blending literary study with digital pedagogy.
