Course Background

EDPT 200 · Integrating Educational Technology in the Classroom

I've been teaching EDPT 200 at McGill for almost 25 years. The course is designed to give new teachers a philosophical and practical introduction to educational technology. It has its own website: sbruzzese.org/edpt200_home.html and the official McGill site at edpt200.mcgill.ca.

EDPE 640 · Emerging Technologies for Educational Change

I created and designed this course for McGill University in 2014. The course wiki at sites.google.com/mcgill.ca/edpe640/home includes course content and student projects. We used the NMC Horizon Reports (K–12 and Higher Education) to frame class discussions, presentations, and reflections.

Other Courses Designed

Managing Education Resources (EDEM 628), Computers As Mindtools, Introduction to Computers in Education, The Internet for Teachers, and Microworlds (coding).
